Orders must be placed by e-mail - Unfortunately, we do not have
the staff to answer questions or process telephone orders - BUT, we monitor our mail
for several hours each day. We pride ourselves on answering your
questions and processing your orders via e-mail timely and accurately!

We will reply with your total including shipping.

If you are paying by credit card, you can call to give your credit card
number.  BUT, you will still need to put your order in an e-mail note to us. We
use it as a check off sheet to fill your order.


   
Many of the products can be shipped when we receive your payment.
Unless there is a problem with our suppliers, other items can usually be
shipped within 2 weeks.

Shipping in the USA

Orders shipped by US Postal Service or UPS.  Shipping charges are the
actual cost. E-mail your order and the I will let you know the postage amount. 
Most of the items are in stock. E-mail me and I will tell you
 the availability or the expected date of shipment.

International Shipping is billed at exact amount.
Shipping to a Brazil address will Insured Parcel Post, only.

Refund Policy:

All returns will gladly be accepted for a full refund or credit on
defective items for 14 days from the date of delivery. 
Non-defective merchandise can be returned (30 days from the date of
delivery) with a pre-authorization and are subject to a 
15% re-stocking fee. All refunds from purchases made by credit card
will be refunded with a credit to the card.


Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charge or return postage.

Returned Check Policy:

$15 charge on all returned checks.
